Kirk was very responsive to questions throughout the process. He kept us well-informed at every step and gave us confidence that everything was on track. He provided useful context and perspective when a second appraisal was required. Christen, our underwriting contact, was helpful with the flood insurance and making sure we covered all the underwriting mandatories. When the closing date was moved up a day, the Embrace handled it all without any problems.
